The first clean will be slightly higher than the regular clean, this is to cover the additional time taken, depending on what condition the windows are in and how long ago they were cleaned.

The below prices are guidelines and are based on standard sizes of the house. To have an accurate quote, homes with wide areas of glass or oversize extensions/conservatories may require a physical visit.
